REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.
If there is a color or different product issue then you can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving the product. For all exchanges and replacement, you can return an order by clicking Return/Replacement on the My Orders page. We will pick up the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment.
The replacement will require additional shipping charges from the buyer to ship the new order after pickup the previous order.
The additional shipping charges will depend on the shipping provider’s cost.
We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
- You can request a replacement for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
- It is the first time you are returning the order for design/color change, we don’t exchange/replace twice.
- The labels and tags on the item should be attached;
- The Product should not be washed, used, or damaged condition.
- The Product is returned along with the original packaging box.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, cleaned, or soiled.
Please be informed that the Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
If we do not have a reverse shipping facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will store credit/amount in your Fashion Section Wallet to adjust your shipping cost.
Cancellation of orders:
- You can cancel any orders before the product has been dispatched by clicking the cancel order button in my order tabs and filling out the cancel order request form with the cancelation reason.
- Our Team Approve your cancelation request and refund your amount 3-5 business days in your origin payment mode or Fashion Section wallet with in few minutes. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order vide email.
- Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
- If you want to edit your order before it has been shipped, you can contact our support team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will change the order details.
- If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
- We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for a refund of the amount to your bank account.
- We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective/wrong products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of delivery of defective/wrong products, you have to raise a cancellation or refund request on our website in my order tab along with the details of the order, nature of issues, and photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery.
- In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then Fashion Section will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account/ Fashion Section Wallet from which you had processed the payment.
- Please note the applicable shipping and cod delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.
- Due to process constraints, COD orders will not be refunded under any circumstances, you can either opt for immediate replacement or take the store amount in your wallet.
